To Fly

I didn’t get to sleep any earlier but somehow it felt more restful than the night before. I left work at a very decent time, probably the earliest all week, and met some people at Gaguza and left by 7:30 (yay me). Seems everyone I know just finished a big project related to the 100 year anniversary of flight.

Sidenote: before I die, I will fly planes. Sorry I didn’t become a fighter pilot like you encouraged, Dad. Sorry I ruined the perfection of my 20/15 vision with computers and florescent lights. But eventually I’ll at least fly c18’s or something. Going at about 200mph in a dive? That would fun. Or hang-gliding. Just seems so natural. I could watch the movie To Fly a zillion times, and I have.

Ever had the dreams where you can fly? I haven’t since I was a kid - and my oldest brother Pat said that weren’t actually the happy dreams they felt like. I’m not sure. Granted, whenever it snows in my dreams it does mean death (but dreaming of death means beginning - still with me? heheh).

I feel like last night I dreamed about either a kitten, dog, or baby. Really silly that I can’t remember the difference in something so different. I was holding some little creature that was sleeping. And honestly, in the past 4 days I have held all 3 so maybe that’ll help me not seem so odd.
